Jamie Bohlin began her wedding career in 2006 with an amazing job as the catering manager at Chatham Bars Inn. After two seasons at CBI and creating many great connections in the wedding industry, Jamie decided to start planning under her own name. Since then, she has planned and successfully run weddings and events on every scale - from upscale backyard soirees to intimate weddings and even elopements. Jamie has a great passion for planning events and looks forward to making sure that you have a beautiful, stress free day.
Jamie recently received the "Small Business Owner of the Year" award from Cape Cod SCORE and in 2011 was honored as one of Cape & Plymouth Business magazine's 40 Under 40, which spotlights the region's top young business leaders who excel in their industry and show dynamic leadership. She was also on the founding board of the Cape Cod Young Professionals and is currently on the board of the Cape Cod Community College Educational Foundation.
Jamie is also a Production Manager for The Big Fake Wedding, a bridal show alternative in the form of a big, fake wedding! She produces their events in LA, NYC and more!
Jamie is a 2004 graduate of Salve Regina University, a Cape Cod native and a mother of one.
Stephanie began her career in hospitality in several restaurants in New Jersey and crossed the bridge to move into catering and hospitality in New York City. From her humble beginnings in service and catering she quickly grew to on site management working at Wine & Spirits Magazine on their signature events (Top of the List 2010, Top 100 2011 & 2012). From her marketing and production experience with Wine & Spirits Magazine, Stephanie confidently moved into event management with Lorelei Events Group, Inc. Combining her service background and theater and stage management experience from her BFA from Syracuse University, Stephanie planned 200 to 800 person events and fundraisers for nonprofit organizations including Bottomless Closet NYC, City Parks Alliance and Math for America, NY Program.
In 2012, Stephanie moved to the Cape with her then fiance, planned her Cape Cod wedding and began her career event planning with The Casual Gourmet. While there she successfully coordinated and executed galas, weddings, and private events. Stephanie is so excited to share her experience with her brides. She has the energy, the plan and the passion to make sure your event is unforgettable.
Laurel is a graduate of Nauset Regional High School, has a B.S. from Northwestern University
and an MBA from University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. Her 20+ year career in the hospitality
industry with leading organizations including Hilton, Marriott and Starwood has taken her from Chicago
to NYC to Boston and back to her home on Cape Cod. Her roles have included convention service and
event management roles at the Hilton New York, New York Marriott Marquis and Westin New York
Times Square. She was the Director of Catering and Conference Planning for Ocean Edge Resort and for
the Catania Hospitality Group overseeing the Cape Codder Resort, Dan’l Webster Inn and John Carver
Inn. Laurel was then Director of Catering and Event Management at the Sheraton Boston Hotel prior to
her current position as Director of Sales and Marketing for Cape and Plymouth Business Publishing.
She is a certified meeting professional (CMP), certified sommelier and certified meditation trainer with
extensive experience in human resources, training, food service and event planning. Active in her
community, Laurel serves on the board of directors and a number of committees of the YMCA of Cape
Cod, is a member of both Cape Cod Young Professionals and South Shore Young Professionals, is a
graduate of the Community Leadership Institute of the Cape & Islands, co-founded the Cape & Islands
Wedding Group and is a past president of the organization, and is a member and past board member of
the Lower Cape Business and Professional Women.
Laurel resides in Brewster with her husband, mother and two daughters. She loves to cook, knit, take
walks on the beach and spend time with her daughters.
Day of Coordinator & Assistant Planner
Erin is a UMASS Amherst graduate and after 5 years living in Florida working for a National Golf Publication in sales/marketing and events, she moved with her now husband to Cape Cod in 2009. Erin has worked in sales/marketing and events for over 10 years and started to gain interest in wedding planning in 2010 when she planned and executed her own wedding with day of help from Jamie Bohlin and Cape Cod Celebrations.
Erin and Jamie have been close friends ever since and when Erin decided she wanted to move forward in the direction of planning weddings, Jamie put her to work. She has been working with the Cape Cod Celebrations team for 3 seasons and loves every minute of it!
Day of Coordinator & Assistant Planner
Olivia graduated from UMASS Amherst with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She grew up on Cape Cod and started working with Cape Cod Celebrations as a college intern. After her time shadowing Jamie and the Cape Cod Celebrations team, she has learned the ins-and-outs of coordinating a wedding and loves bringing our client's visions to life.
Olivia has experience ranging from intimate events of 20 people to large conferences of 500+. Olivia brings her contagious personality and her hard work and dedication to all of her events and welcomes the opportunity to work with you on your special day.
Mandee is a UMASS Amherst graduate and has lived on Cape Cod full time since 2006. Mandee summered on the Cape for many years working at Chatham Bars Inn, and gained extensive, high-end hospitality experience in many of their departments including buying and merchandising for their retail program.
Mandee and Jamie met working at CBI in 2006 and once Cape Cod Celebrations launched in 2007, Mandee was there working alongside Jamie at her first event. Mandee loves working weddings and special events and has an eye for styling.
Lindsay moved to beautiful Cape Cod with her then fiance in 2004, from Chicago, Boston, and originally New Hampshire. After 7 years in operations in the mortgage business and her own destination wedding in 2005, Lindsay transitioned her skills to the banking business on Cape Cod. As manager for TD Bank for 7 years, Lindsay mentored and trained employees, handled intricate scheduling and operational tasks, and was a leader for excellence in customer experience.
As our Celebration Coordinator, Lindsay keeps the operational end of a bustling wedding planning business running. Her commitment to detail to support all the clients and to all the planners makes every event with Cape Cod Celebrations a perfectly orchestrated process start to finish.
While at TD Bank, Jamie and Lindsay both worked together to plan Cape Cod's largest networking event, The Back to Business Bash, supporting the Cape Cod Young Professionals.
